Rail Passenger Rights Ombudsman Met Visitors at the TRAKO 2017 Fair
On 29 September 2017, visitors to the Office of Rail Transport booth at the TRAKO 2017 International Railway Fair in Gdańsk had the opportunity to talk to Joanna Marcinkowska, Rail Passenger Rights Ombudsman.
The issues related to conciliatory proceedings evoked the highest interest. The Ombudsman answered questions pertaining to the course of the proceedings, indicated the issues that could be the subject of them, provided information on how to submit a request and what additional material should be attached to it.
The visitors to the Fair were mainly interested in the experience from the first eight months of the Ombudsman’s work. Visitors to the fair stand asked how long proceedings usually lasted and to what issues the passengers issues usually applied. Those persons interested in railway transport were eager to share their views on the changes that occur on the railways and speculations pertaining to their further development.
Visitors to the fair stall could also receive promotional materials about the Rail Passenger Rights Ombudsman.
